Orders
The validation of the order by the Customer requires the finalization of the process of the purchase tunnel within the framework of an order on the website https://www.atelierEpic.com
Order confirmation
After validation of the order, the customer receives a confirmation message at the given email address. This message contains the order number which must be mentioned for each exchange.
The order only becomes final after receipt of payment.
Nature of works sold
All the paintings and objects for sale on the website https://www.atelierEpic.com are offered by the painter Emilie Picache.
This status opens a right of tax deduction for companies. The acquisition of a work of art does not give any right of representation, distribution or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the artist Emilie Picache retains her rights to her creation. Any use of the visual of the works must be the subject of a request for authorization.
Order one or more paintings
To order one or more paintings, you must go to the page of the painting you wish to acquire, and click on the “Add to basket” button on the right. To finalize your purchase, click on the upper right part, the basket part. And then you just have to click on “Order” to start the ordering process.

Payment Security
All bank card transactions are carried out via Stripe, offering and ensuring a completely secure payment system. the page for entering your bank information is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). Delivery shipments
Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within 7 working days. Delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your order process.
Return terms
In accordance with article L121-20 of the consumer code, you have a withdrawal period of 15 days. During this period you can return the works to us (the return shipping costs will be at your expense). The refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the works.
Liability and Warranty
The present contract is regulated by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
